Where the sums come from
So you can argue with them. A number you cannot check is just a claim.
- Hours a week
- Jobs a week × (systems − 1) × minutes per entry, divided by 60. We subtract one system because the first entry is the work; every entry after it is the waste.
- Hours a year
- Weekly hours × 48 working weeks. Four weeks off for shutdown and leave.
- "More quotes"
- Annual hours ÷ 90 minutes, which is our own estimate of preparing one quote. Yours may be very different, and the figure moves with it.
This is an estimate, not a promise. It uses the numbers you type in, not measured data from your business, and it cannot know your systems. We publish the working so you can check it. The only way to get a real number is the Audit, where we watch an actual job move through your actual business.
